MusDis is designed to respect your privacy. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you create or import stays on your device and under your control.

This Privacy Policy explains what information MusDis handles, how it is stored, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

MusDis does not collect or process any of the following:

• Personal information
• Contact information
• Usage data
• Analytics or diagnostics
• Location data
• Identifiers
• Advertising data
• Device information
• Behavioural tracking

MusDis does not use cookies, tracking technologies, analytics SDKs, or advertising frameworks.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

MusDis stores the following content locally on your device only:

• Song titles and metadata
• Imported sheet‑music images
• Audio recordings created in the app
• Playlists and ordering
• App settings (e.g., dark mode, app lock)

This information never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it.

3. Backups and Exports

MusDis allows you to export your library or individual files for your own backup or sharing purposes.

• Backups are created only when you choose to export them.
• Backups are stored only where you save them (e.g., Files app, iCloud Drive, external storage).
• MusDis does not access, upload, or transmit your backups.

You remain fully in control of where your data is stored.

4. Security and App Lock

If you enable the optional App Lock feature:

• MusDis uses Face ID or Touch ID to protect access.
• Biometric data is handled entirely by Apple’s system.
• MusDis never sees, stores, or processes your biometric information.

5. Children’s Privacy

MusDis does not collect any personal data from users of any age. The app is safe for children because:

• No accounts are required
• No data is collected
• No information is transmitted
• No online features exist

Parents and guardians remain responsible for managing device‑level permissions.

6. Third‑Party Sharing

MusDis does not:

• Share data with third parties
• Sell data
• Use advertising networks
• Use analytics services
• Connect to external servers

There are no integrations that transmit user data.

7. Data Deletion

Because MusDis stores all data locally:

• You can delete songs, recordings, playlists, or images at any time from within the app.
• Deleting the app removes all MusDis data from your device.
• Backups you exported remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted manually if no longer needed.

8. Changes to This Policy

If MusDis adds new features that affect privacy, this policy will be updated. Any changes will be posted on the MusDis website and within the app.
