MusDis is sold through the Apple App Store. All payments, taxes, refunds, and billing matters are handled by Apple under their terms and policies. By purchasing MusDis, you enter into a commercial transaction governed by Apple’s App Store rules.
MusDis is provided for personal use to organise sheet music, create playlists, and record practice sessions. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you import or record complies with applicable copyright laws.
All data created or imported into MusDis is stored locally on your device. MusDis does not collect, store, or transmit personal data.
MusDis provides tools to export and restore your library. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your backup files and ensuring they are stored securely.
MusDis is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error‑free performance, or compatibility with all devices or future versions of iOS/iPadOS.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusDis is not liable for any loss of data, damages, or issues arising from the use of the app, device malfunction, or failure to back up your library.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
