This End‑User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and MusDis regarding your use of the MusDis mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
MusDis grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the App on any Apple‑branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The App is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in MusDis—including all code, design, graphics, and documentation—remain the property of MusDis.
You may use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes to organise sheet music, create playlists, and record practice sessions.
You may not:
MusDis does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All content you create or import remains on your device. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. MusDis provides export tools, but does not access or store your backups.
Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, Apple’s terms apply.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MusDis does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error‑free performance, or compatibility with all devices or future OS versions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusDis is not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from your use of the App or failure to back up your data.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the App. MusDis may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
MusDis may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
